Our support team will review your request and images of the product to ensure eligibility, providing you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the device in its original box including all cables, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit to our service center.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
